For the show

November 23, 2011

I just love when you open the kiln, the feeling you get when your hard work looks good. I know we all get those unwanted surprises from time to time but when it all goes great your heart fills with joy. I have just a few photos to share with you today. I hope you like them….

The cat bowl and the butterfly platter turned out really well. Is that the technique you were trying to explain to me a while back?

To be honest Deb I do not remember which technique I was chatting about I am always trying new things. I know I am going to work more with white stoneware to create colorful work. Thanks Connie

I love that dish with the butterflies., You are so talented! How big is that dish? Judi

Thank you. It measures handle to handle 15 1/2 inches and 16 inches from point to point. I really love the painting technique, I have one I am working on now that is a lobster. I am always looking for new ways to introduce items into the store. Thanks again Connie
